Managing Conflict

A management training course that focuses on the critical skills associated with handling difficult people and situations, highlighting the kinds of negotiation and influence processes that yield optimal

outcomes, keeping relationships intact. Case studies will be provided for participants to learn how to mediate hotly contested disputes and learn to effectively manage disputes among colleagues or

subordinates. It will also help participants improve own conflict resolution styles as well as approaches to working before, during and after conflicts. Participants are also provided hands-on opportunities for practice to improve critical negotiation and conflict-management skills.
