Clarifying Roles

Clearly defining team members’ roles and responsibilities is a crucial step that is often overlooked when a team is formed. It is a necessary step to finishing a high-quality project and reaping all the benefits of teamwork. This course is designed to help team members and the manager/team leader develop clarity about their roles and responsibilities on the team. It also provides an opportunity to identify gaps and overlaps and make plans for dealing with them through a step-by- step guide to the exercise. There is also a session where participants can go through debriefing and learning.
