Renewing Teams

This is a team development process similar to team coaching that renews leadership teams that stay together for long periods of time. This course takes a customized approach to the needs and desired outcome of the team. Renewing teams also gets others to know each other differently than in the past and removes assumptions about each other that may be inhibiting better relationship.
